Privacy policy
Effective from 10 September 2026. Last updated on 9 October 2026.
Who processes the data
The platform at theosophymariali.com. The operator is sole proprietor (FOP) Lipina Mariia Mykolaivna (taxpayer number 3221915164; registered address: 17 Vyshnevyi Lane, Pisky-Radkivski village, Izium district, Kharkiv region, 63832, Ukraine), trading as MariaLi. You can contact us at mariali@theosophymariali.com.
What data is collected
- Email address. Needed to sign in: a sign-in link is sent to it, or Google provides it if you chose to sign in with Google. Purchased access is opened for this email.
- Name. Only if you sign in with Google — it comes from your Google profile. Signing in by link does not ask for a name.
- Technical sign-in data. When your account was created and when you last signed in, technical session identifiers. They are kept by the Supabase authentication service.
- Chosen site language. Stored in your browser and in your account so that the site and emails are in your language.
- Purchase data. Which collection was bought, the amount, date and payment status. The platform does not receive or store your bank card details — the bank processes them.
- Listening and reading position. Where you stopped in a recording or book, so you can continue from the same place next time.
- Your notes. The text you write in the “My insights” field.
The platform does not collect data about your behaviour for advertising, does not use visitor counters and does not share data with advertising networks.
Only you can see your notes
Entries in the “My insights” field are protected at the database level: access rules return them only to the account that created them. The platform owner cannot read your notes through the regular management interface.
For the sake of honesty: the operator does have technical access to the database, as any service owner does. Notes are not encrypted with a key that only you hold.
Why it is needed
To recognise you when you sign in, open the materials you bought or were given, accept payments, bring you back to where you stopped, keep your notes and write to you in your language. There are no other purposes.
Data is processed with your consent and to perform the contract (the public offer) when you buy access. You give consent when you sign in to and use the platform. You can withdraw it at any time — write to us and your account will be deleted together with all related data (except payment records that we are required by law to keep).
Who receives the data
The platform does not sell data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. Data is stored and processed by service providers without which the platform cannot work:
- Supabase — database and authentication.
- Cloudflare — site hosting, storage of audio recordings, domain name and DNS.
- Resend — sending emails: sign-in links and access notifications. It receives only the email address and the message text.
- JSC Universal Bank (monobank) — accepting payments. It receives the email address, amount and payment purpose; you enter your card details on the bank's page.
- Google — only if you chose to sign in with Google. Google tells the platform your email and name; the platform gets no access to your mailbox, Drive or other Google services.
Cookies
Only necessary cookies are used: the sign-in session, so you are not asked to sign in on every page, and the chosen site language. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
How long data is kept
As long as your account exists. If you ask us to delete it, your profile, granted access, listening positions and notes are deleted with it — they are linked to the account and erased automatically. Payment records are kept for as long as Ukrainian law requires.
Your rights
You can find out what data about you is stored, ask us to correct it or delete your whole account, and withdraw your consent to processing. Write to mariali@theosophymariali.com — we will reply within 30 days.
Changes
If the policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date. We will notify you by email about significant changes.
